dwindown a1779ebbdf chore: Remove debug logs from shipping toggle ...

Cleaned up all debug logging now that toggle works perfectly.

Removed:
- Backend error_log statements
- Frontend console.log statements
- Kept only essential code

Result: Clean, production-ready code ✅
